Minimum order
There is a minimum wholesale order of 6000 THB (about $190 USD as of AUG 28, 2021).
Planet Silver processes your order diferently depending on whether the items you have ordered are currently available:
▪ If your order includes only in-stock items:
▫ If no changes to your order are needed after we review it, we will email you the invoice right away OR,
▫ if changes are needed we will email you an order amendment for your approval, then when you approve those changes we will send the invoice.
▪ If your order includes a mix of in-stock and out-of-stock items:
We'll send you 2 separate invoices: one for the in-stock items and another one for the out-of-stock items.
▫ Please, email us to let us know the way you want us to ship your items:
a. Consolidate all items into one package and ship it when everything in the order is ready,
b. ship in-stock items first, then ship out-of-stock items in a later shipment when they become available or
c. ship in-stock items first, then ship out-of-stock items together with a future order.

Planet Silver ships to over 230 countries and territories. Products are delivered by your selected carrier direct from our physical location in Bangkok . Orders are prepared to be sent as soon as your confirmation is received, and by the time payment is cleared they are on their way to its destination.
