     > FedEx International Priority (Unavailable until further notice)

 

Time-definite, customs-cleared, door-to-door to more than 200 countries, typically delivery in 3 to 4 business days to thousands of U.S. or European destinations.

     > EMS Thailand Post

 

EMS Thailand Post is fast and reliable yet not available everywhere. Delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.

 

Limited tracking capabilities: Tracking information will only show the date your package leaves Thailand and nothing in between until it arrives your country, after which your package can be traced through your local post office.

If EMS is not an available shipping carrier during checkout it means they do not deliver to your country.

Please note that since Customs clearance is not handled by Thailand Post your country's Customs agency may hold your package until you go collect it and pay the respective import duty / VAT.

NOTE:

DHL, UPS and FedEx are reliable, fast and secure couriers, we believe they work well in most circumstances and for most countries.
Nevertheless, please know we can also ship your order by other courier services, please let us know if this is something you require.

The Thailand Post Airmail shipping option is often slow. In contrast, Thailand Post EMS is fairly reliable and trustable however only available to selected countries. In case you require that we ship your order via any of these two options, please let us know so we can email you a shipping cost quotation for your order.

Please note you do not pay for your order on our website at the end of checkout, so we can always edit it manually (merchandise, quantities, shipping method, etc.) after it is placed.

 

You can choose your preferred shipping carrier -as well as set other preferences- in your profile settings, which will be preselected automatically each time you place an order. The shipping costs will also be calculated automatically for your chosen carrier during the checkout process Step 3, at which point you are still able to change carriers in order to compare costs.

 

Delays might occur during the Christmas and New Year holiday seasons, especially when packages are sent via EMS & Airmail.

 

 

 

Package Insurance

All packages shipped are insured to protect your jewelry during transport in case of loss or theft.

 

We carefully pack your jewelry into plastic bags and place them into boxes/envelopes that protect them best to ensure all items arrive pristine and unharmed at your door step.

 

 

Production Order Delivery Time

When you add an out-of-stock item to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout, the delivery time in weeks for that item will be displayed (6-8 weeks to a maximum of 12-14 weeks). This delivery time is only an estimate and it is typically shorter as is it could be that we already started production weeks ago. Please take into consideration that when a production order is placed for out-of-stock items their prices might be subject to review due to silver price fluctuations.

 

Please remember that if your order includes out-of-stock items you need to let us know how you want them shipped.

 How long does it take until my package arrives?

The total delivery time of your package depends on several factors, including destination country, modifications to your order and your selected carrier. Please consider that the time difference between your country and Thailand (Europe 4-6hrs behind, Americas 9-12hrs behind, Australia & New Zealand 5hrs ahead) affects the order processing time, which varies from 1 to 2 days. Generally speaking you will receive your package between 5 to 7 days from the moment you place your order.

COVID-19 Notice: The global pandemic has caused restrictions in transport capacity throughout the world, thus currently package delivery is taking longer than 5-7 business days. Thank you for your understanding, it is our hope the situation normalizes within this year.
